Kids Meditation Neighborhood Group runs throughout the summer in a few different neighborhoods in surrounding areas every Monday -Wednesday- Friday. Kids who join in the fun learn the following invaluable life skills:
Focus
Empathy
Coping skills
Stress relief
Emotional awareness & self- regulation & more
Cypress Creek, Ruskin- clubhouse lawn starts June 1st at 5:15pm – 6:30pm thru June 17th
Apollo Beach Recreation Center, Apollo Beach- pavilion by volleyball TBD
Panter Trace, Riverview- lawn TBD
